It draws you in by being three colors and having three activated abilities, then disappoints when all three abilities are just damage prevention with no synergy between them at all. Powerful chunks of damage block are pretty solid in limited, but being three colors is a big drawback.

Hmmm. Best uses are probably as a combo piece; -1/-1 counter ability in particular can give you ghetto immortality in conjunction with Morselhoarder, but that requires running TWO unprotected creatures and a bare minimum of 4 colors for a combination you can do with other creatures.
Grim Poppet can toss counters onto things.
I suppose you could always run her in a deck based around undying?
