I really dont know what's the reason behind the fact that this card sells at 15$ a piece! This is pure madness for a Kobold uncommon which isn't even that hard to find. However, Kobolds can get really insane, very, very quickly.

Prior to errata, Bloodmark Mentor was a superior choice. Now that this guy is a Kobold himself he's better for the Kobold tribal, especially since he'll benefit from any of the other Kobold lords. Shame he's $15, minimum, for a heavily played copy.

It's expensive because it was only printed in Legends, a set which had somewhat of a limited print run I think...
Pretty terrible flavor text haha
