This is in all aspects a pretty decent card, except for its rarity. Should have been an uncommon, what a waste of a rare slot.

Stating the obvious, this is decent but lackluster, not coming into play tapped like Sky Diamond, while being able to be sacrificed while tapped for Blue

on the same turn. This was part of a cycle of 5 powerstones belonging to the reprogrammed Dragon Engine Ramos in Mercadian Masques:

Blue

: Eye of Ramos
Red

: Heart of Ramos
Green

: Horn of Ramos
Black

: Skull of Ramos
White

: Tooth of Ramos
