Seems useful in the set.

Agreed. If they print a card with a positive trap trigger effect, this could get even better.

Almost not complete garbage.

It's a fog in a color that wants fog the most.

Oh cool, they'll still be there to attack next turn, and a couple may get some damage through. Yeah, it's a poor-man's fog I guess.

Its a fog that doesn't get negated by unstable footing.

The question is, do I play this or Cumber Stone? It doesn't really compete for deck space with fog since they are opposite colors...

Meh... somewhat underwhelming. Sure, I could use this in a deck, but it is pretty situational, and its effect isn't all that great.

I like it, Blues verion of Holy Day, only it does not affect your creatures, so you can still block and kill your oppoants.

I can't believe I didn't recognize this when I first saw the card... but it's the return of Lazy Goblin!

Zurdi may be better equipped than his Dominarian cousin, but it looks like goblins are lazy no matter where in the multiverse you go! =D

3/5 is about right... it's a limited card, plain and simple. Even then, there were almost always better options in Zendikar drafts - but it wasn't entirely bad. More or less, it's a slightly worse Safe Passage in a different colour, but it could be used as pseudo-spot removal in reducing an attackers power to negligible levels, then blocking with enough creatures to kill it (y'know, in how you'd use Safe Passage in limited ^^). Even the worst spot removal can see play in limited, so there are definitely worse cards to play (Mindless Null I'm looking at you).

In constructed though it's complete garbage. But you'd know that just by looking at the card.

Who ever cares about drakes overhead? Besides the spike-tails they are all subpar anyways.

Now I want to see Wave of Indifference and this cast by two opposing players. Just so the humans and goblins can sit down and stare at each other apathetically. The flavour text is great in both cases. =)

You fools. It's better than fog. They get -3, you get to block and deal damage still. This means if you have lame creatures they can kill stuff and survive at the same time. ...that's awesome.

Anti weenie card, if your opponent rushes you with lots of small weenies, this card can be better than fog as it allows you to kill some of the weenies while theirs do 0 damage

Captain Zurdi don't want to play no more.
