A bit overpriced for what it does. However, discard decks rarely have high costing discard spells so this might actually be worthwhile if your game drags on.
If you're feeling silly enough to double-Dark Ritual it out turn one, you can really cripple your opponent, though.

As much as you can rationalize discarding any two cards (since discarding lands became taboo in the recent years), you're probably better off with a Mind Sludge, Monomania, or, heaven forbid, Wit's End. Why discard two when you can discard all?... Well, because this costs less. Huh.
