This enchantment is so strange, I'll always keep an orc deck with this and some Mind Bends. That's the kind of wacky land destruction you can get away with in multiplayer without being frowned upon.

A fun card, if you hate white and need an incentive to play with orcs which are usually sucky.

This card is very flavorfil in my opinion. You send an orc in a suicide mission destroy fields and lands, and if your opponent has enough ready guys they catch him.
The card is kinda narrow, but still not bad. Play it in a deck that is about creating tokens and changing creature types. Like, red blue. Change "plains" to the land type you like, and your creatures to orcs, and get some token producers. From then on you can destroy your opponents lands at instant speed.

Fallen Empires was a commendable attempt at introducing the tribal concept, but for the most part the mechanics didn't become playable until around the time slivers came around. You can pay 3 CMC and go through this Orc-sacrificing mumbo jumbo or you can just pay more for Flashfires, nuke their plains and be done with it. I guess you can get opponent to tap creatures to save a bit of mana, but you might as well just use an Icy Manipulator if you want something tapped that badly. This is bad even considering only the cards that existed up to this point.

Orcs in thongs is something I'd prefer to never again see...
Oh, as for the card, it is complex and useless. Flashfires works better, as does just killing your opponent with direct damage and such.
