This is really strong in an ally heavy deck since it's abilty affects all allies. It also have a decent P/T as well which means it won't die to weak burn or drain spells.

soooooooo baaaaaaaad :( For it's cost it should give Allies flying all the time. Plus it seems silly that the only aggressive blue Ally already has flying =/

Should cost {3}{U}
I thought they were giant frogs too at first but they're just those manta Ray things the merfolk fly around on with their 'wings' folded.

Don't like it. Allies are all about cumulative strength (increasing counters on Turntimber Ranger and increasing mana from Harabaz Druid), so an Ally that gives redundant abilities, particularly at 4Blue, is just not worth it. If you want evasion, your pumped up Umara Raptors should more than do the trick.

This card can easily find a spot in an ally deck. It depends on the color scheme and other ally choices you already have, but don't sell this guy short. A sizeable army of flying creatures, whatever they might be, is very hard to deal with.
