I give it a 4 just because its a goblin that isn't eaten by the first chump blocker your opponent throws at you. Although, due to it being a knight, WotC should have made it a 2/2 with first strike for RR to urinate on all those white monsters who cut down my goblins all the time.

So, leaving aside the fact that it's a vanilla creature and is neglectable P/T wise in today's Standard...
Tribal value(both a Goblin and a Knight) and gets featured in the storyline...in the webcomic even! 5/5 for that alone.
