I concede that this card is rather narrow, relevant only against blue creature decks. With that in mind, against blue creature decks, it a very relevant field advantage card.

No you don't. Each enchantment gives the same option to untap. They all work, but the first one triggered untaps the creature if paid and you don't need to untap it anymore.

Useful against blue horde decks (Homarids?) but stupid against blue control where they merely spend U and untap the single thing that's been smashing your face ever since they took control of the game.
