This actually isn't bad. I'm not sure how useful it is, but it has "Cycling from Play" which is an ability that a few Urza's Destiny cards have, notably Plague Dogs and Yavimaya Elder. The important thing here is it's an Aura, and Auras always need helping mechanics. This is directly replacing the card and can be used at instant speed, so it gets you card advantage when you time it right.

You enchant your creature.
Your opponent targets the creature.
Just by paying mana, you recoup the enchantment- now you're at 1:1 card advantage.
While you still need to spend a card to save your creature, you might be able to do so with a cantrip or token-making spell. Small Card Advantage.

-Or-

You enchant your creature.
Your opponent plays Disenchant and wants to block.
You cycle the enchantment from play, breaking even on cards.
Your creature kills the blocker. Card Advantage (probably would only come up in limited.)

While it's uses are certainly a bit narrow, it by no means has no use. 3 stars. you could argue for 2.5, but not less. :)

It's really difficult to actually create card advantage with it to be honest- BUT quite easy to make it come to breaking even! :) Enchant AURAMANCER if you want the simplest elegant strategy. (Presumably you are playing with more than 1 copy in your deck, and presumably you are playing other enchantments if you are playing this one at all)
Theming Enchanment-Auras together is not a bad way to build a deck at all- alone they could be weaker than you'd like, but the synergize very nicely very often. :) Rancor?

Blue dude needs to be careful. Those wings could get cycled away while he's in the air.
