Why is this like, a dollar while Glacial Fortress is like, 7? It's practically the same, except for the fact that Glacial Fortress has a chance of not coming into play tapped. Sejiri Refuge gives 1 life though.
This card's flexible, stable and handy, especially with the life-winning conditions in Zendikar, where every point of life counts. A definite must play in all white/blue decks together with Glacial Fortress. 4.5/5.

It's more expensive because if you're building a constructed deck, CIPT can throw your mana curve back a whole turn. Also, Glacial Fortress is rare. Higher demand, lower supply -> higher prices.

I'm not liking this cycle as much. Not bad though for people who can't afford expensive lands. No offense.

I really appreciate Wizards printing cheap alternatives to the somewhat pricy dual lands from M10. It's almost enough to forgive them for making the walletslayer.

I wouldn't mind Wizards reprinting them once in a while.
