I love the "bury" version of this card a lot more than "destroy". Take that Indestructible creatures!

Actually, bury means "destroy creature, it can't be regenerated" so indestructible creatures would not be affected by it. Bury does not mean exile.

Dark Banishing: ...except mana efficiency. You have outdone the master.

(I suppose DB also prevents regeneration, but consider: the only commonly played nonblack creatures with regeneration are trolls, and trolls have shroud. There's almost no reason to prefer Banishing over Blade nowadays.)
