One extra creature per each creature spell you 'cast', which means even if it's countered you still get a token. Couple with Gaea's Cradle you'd find yourself flood with green mana in no time.
Turn 1: Forest, 1cc, + token Turn 2: Play another 1cc, + token. Play Gaea's Cradle, add GGGG, play more creatures, add more tokens. Turn 3: Lots of mana.
