this is a card that looks bad on the card, but can be good
if you have 7 1/1, then you are paying 1 to give a creature +2/+2 and FS, if you only have a couple creatures, this isnt as good, but the larger your field, the more powerful this gets

OK in Zendikar and not very good outside of it. I think the Kicker is far too exspensive.

With kicker, this is almost a white Overrun.
Anytime I play WX Agro in Zendikar limited, it wins me at least two games. I use it primarily as the aforementioned white Overrun to end games, and it can also be an emergency Glorious Charge.
Outside of Limited and EDH however, this doesn't make the cut.

Was the point that this would eventually see play with Eldrazi spawns? I'd admit I'd never see this one coming back in the Zendikar block if I saw an opponent open with just spawns. A fail outside of the block for sure, but adds a cool dynamic in context I suppose.
