Just a great card altogether. Doesn't remove enchantments like its newer version Return to Dust...but its still quite good. Great EDH tech in certain metas.

Note that choosing two targets is not optional. You cannot cast this card if there are less than two artifacts in play, and if your opponent only controls one and you control another, you have to exile one of your own. That's why the templating on Return to Dust is different (with the 'exile one, then you may exile another' phrasing.)
