I actually really like this card. Think of it this way: Stun = Suckage Goblin Piker = Suckage Combine both of these into one card that costs the same as either one? Sounds like card advantage to me!

I agree with the above statements, and also the art is really awesome. Seeing this card and the new goblin lord from M10 made me seriously consider jumping on the goblin bandwagon.

If you run this guy in a goblin deck and it hasn't won you games, you ain't using it right.
Think of it this way, turn 2 you play Warren Instigator. Your opponent has no removal so summons a chump blocker, or worse, something that would eat Instigator alive. Turn 3 you play Shortcutter. Blocker rendered useless and you have a chieftain/siege-gang commander for free.
Other situations such as your opponent having that 1 monster thats getting in the way. Chances are that 1 blocker could stop you winning the game this turn, and we all know that goblins need to win in as few turns as possible. This guy can render that blocker useless and you can win there and then.
Throw in the fact he's a common, cheap CMC goblin, there is no reason whatsoever to not run him in a goblin deck, or any other red aggro deck for that matter.

its not card advantage, since stun draws you a card, so that the stun/piker-"combo" consumes only one card. Its still double the cost, so this is rather tempo (advantage).
