For those who are building a landfall deck, these fetch lands are much better than basic ones. Good choice for a common if your on a budget. 4/5.

When I started building my pauper cube, I knew I needed to scrounge up some common mana-fixing lands. The 5-color fixers (Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse, Shimmering Grotto, and Rupture Spire) went straight in, of course, along with all ten of the Ravnica karoos. But that wasn't enough. Then I tried out the panaroma cycle and became an instant convert. I run panoramas for all five shards, and I even used Magic Set Editor to create an additional five-card cycle of wedge panoramas so my cube would have tri-color basic fetchlands for all ten of the possible three-color combinations. They've never let me down.

If it didn't have to get a basic only it would be a lot better.

In terms of budget fixers the panoramas are some of the best because it can produce mana the turn it comes into play, doesn't take up a slot in the deck, and when you really need the fixing or have extra mana, you can just crack it and fetch the land you need. The fact that it only fetches basics and costs mana to crack is only really relevant in decks with low land counts.

I like it. it allows me to go to my commander deck to get a land instead of just keeping a mountain and if need be I can Tsap it for colorless. Definitely running all but bant in my edh deck.
