See, this is what art looks like. That large white space in the corner is "negative space", as artists call it. It gives perspective and balance. New art (mostly) doesn't have negative space, just ultra-saturated colors all over the place, like some kind of visual MSG to stimulate your optical nerves to exhaustion. I could see new kids looking at this art and feeling their minds being blown by all that blank white space, like it was some kind of deafening silence in contrast to the extremely active, angular, Tom-Cruise-action-thriller photographs they've been churning out for the last decade.

There's nothing wrong with this card - it's a solid defender for green, with a decent amount of toughness and a cheap activation cost for its regeneration. Especially back in the day, it could be very difficult to get rid of. I would not be surprised if I saw this reprinted.
