Okay, first off, this card sucks. When I use a card like this, it needs to be able to tap flying creatures, therfore I can get through easier to my opponent. And I agree with A3Kitsune, this should be an instant too. I don't need the instant part because this card (if I owned one) would go into a deck with a bunch of Blinding Mages, but it would be nice. Story short, if you really need something that does tap flying creatures too, get a Panic Attack.
