I would rather play Telepathy than this, unless I'm not playing blue...This fits Urza's top set of eyes...

What is there not to like about this? Hand knowledge is duelist power. Not to mention, its playable on the 1st turn of the game. It annoys your opponent big time & eventually they'll use a disenchant (or similar) to rid themselves of it thus saving another of your artifacts potentially. One of the best & user friendliest cards in the game, hands down. Your turn? There turn? No mana? No prob. Whats in your wallet bro?

The only reason this kind effect is not worth it in competitive play is because it is easy enough to know what your opponent is playing, so its not worth a card. In casual, however, your opponent could be playing just about anything. Knowing what is coming can easily hand you games.
In a blue deck, though, I kind of like Telepathy more, at least for multiplayer... they have to see each other's hands, and so they will play differently than they would normally with that information.
Current standard play uses Gitaxian Probe because it is almost free and replaces itself, plus can make your Snapcaster Mage cantrip. Hand information is a small bonus there.

If you have powerstone eyes, do you really need glasses?
