This counter doesn't do enough for the cost. At least it should shuffle a card from any graveyard into its owner's library.

Handy in limited, where you may have only a few cars that are really good, and a small enough deck for this to matter.

Works nicely in a Zur deck. More countering is always good, and if you lose a key enchantment, Put Away can slip it back in your library to be searched out again.

A little expensive for what it does, especially since it just shuffles it into your library. 4 mana for a counter that doesn't help your immediate game isn't really worth it.

Bad spell is bad. Yes its a hardcounter, but cancel is already hard to play competitive.
