Actually, this card is not bad at all in multiplayer :)

Too bad it won't work on enchantments. I know, I know - that's not in red's flavor - but I think the highly flavorful chaos would balance out that fact.

@ purplesweatshirt Maybe next time you should consider not targeting lands.

You'd almost think it should be able to target enchantments since it only has a random chance of destroying them. Still pushing the flavor boundary for red I know, but I think it would work.

@Radgast: I'm with you, I think Red should be able to take out enchantments more often, especially with cards at random like this. It did happen with Chaos Warp and Capricious Efreet, after all.

The flavor text says it all! You can't always hit what you want you want, but if you try sometimes well you just might find you hit what you need!
Generally not a very good card CMC wise. If it cost it would be playable or it would be pretty good but in a red deck you want to choose what gets destroyed. For the cost its not worth it. If it were an instant for it might even see play since it can kill an attacker. I don't like it when randomness is added to the game.

Outside of a Giant-Shaman-Theme EDH deck, don't think I'd play this card. In EDH, if I don't have a Chaos Warp available (it's sitting in another deck, for example), I'll play this as a Chaos Warp. If I do have Chaos Warp, I'd rather play that and I'd rather play 1 than 2.
Chaos Warp is still randomish for good Red Flavor, but more useful and consistent for good play value as well. I think for this type of specific-targeted effect, I would only really want one slot in an EDH deck. Mass-Boom, Creatures, and Mana Fix take precedent over Silver Bullet Axes.
This WAS a fine card serving an important Roleplay up until Chaos Warp came out, and people can still choose to run both if they want, but I don't think that's the correct build- I think Chaos Warp just replaces this. Redundancy, Tutoring, yeah that's important, but I'd prefer to Redundancy my Wrath-effects and my Damage Sources before my Targetted Removal, and if I am in any second color except Black, there are probably better options to be "Chaos Warp #2" than this.

The only card in Magic history (at least up through Theros) that contains the word "nonenchantment". How fitting that it's a red card.
