This card is uncommon because it is a red card with wither, I understand, but that doesn't stop it from being a mediocre card with underwhelming printed stats.

I like the art and that it's a dwarf. In general, firebreathing and wither is rather strong, since it allows (with enough mana) to kill regenerators or indestructible creatures of all sizes. Allowing also white mana to boost it ain't bad. I'd put the guy for sure in a dwarven tribal deck, but not in any others.

I think 4 points of toughness would really help him but I understand that he just got 3 because of his two useful abilities. 2 out of 5.
