This is best in non-mill decks as an anti-top of library measure (or for use with your own top of library stuff). There are far more efficient dedicated mill cards out there.

Both Drowner Initiate and Hedron Crab are better choices. Do note that the mill is a CIP ability though, so some infinite bounce combo is possible (two Witsnipers, Cloudstone Curio, and Aluren maybe?).

Particularly interesting interaction with Clash: post Clash, if your opponent has kept what they revealed, you can nip it in the bud before it becomes a problem.
