It's indeed very hand for Stasis decks, but unfortunately i can't think of much more. Of course it's cheaper than any other bounces if you want to trigger cip/etb effects, but Vedalken Mastermind is most often the better Choice for such decks - and will also do an accordant job in Stasis decks.
I'd play such a card as cantrip or slowtrip only, though. The card disadvantage normally isn't worth it.
On top of this, Chain of Vapor will most often do this card's job just as well while being much more versatile by itself.

I guess rescues your permanent that was targeted by opponent's removal. I think it can also combo with artifacts that tap to activate. 3.5/5

Absolutely dumb with the parallaxs and old-style exilers like detention sphere.
But yes, chain of vapor is better unless you are returning lands. I don't like relying solely on vedalken mastermind for my shenanigans though.
