the effect for paying green mana only is weak in relation to the mana cost, but making your creatures almost unblockable for paying blue mana as well is not that bad. although since creatures with reach will still be able to block yours, a mana cost of would have done as well i guess. this card is for that intention quite inferior compared to Chaos, unless you consider using Invert The Skies' effect against flying attackers.

Its definitely an effective card for late game, when a player has a good amount of creatures to attack with. Not as good as Overrun, but close in its ability to deal mass amounts of damage.

Overrun would definitely go well with this card, but that would require at least 9 mana, unless you had a Garruk in play. I would suggest using it with a Nacatl War Pride to create a bunch of unblockable 3/3 tokens. That seems to work pretty well.

Not bad with for example snake token army from Kamigawa or other stuff. Higher CMC then Lure but no suprise during combat with Disenchant of something.

Who says you need overrun to win? This has won me many a game back in Eventide.

It's interesting how few commenters realise that this is also a defensive card.

Invert the skies? So turn all that oxygen into wood? Seems like a recipe for the apocalypse.
