I suppose this would be good in a madness deck

There are so many cards that let you loot for a smaller price. The only thing that this card has going for it is that it's an artifact and can go into any deck :\

Good for decks that need colorless draw or ones that can utilize the discarded card, in general though not too great Merfolk Looter does the same job much more efficiently.
