I love this card, you just have to make sure that you can win in exactly two turns.

Also, keep in mind it's an instant. That means that if you were playing chaos, you could take a turn in between your opponents which is always fun. (Doing that is not very useful though, just something you could do to surprise your friends.)

This card is lots of fun.

It is even more fun when your opponents play it so that they can setup to full out attack you with their creatures and you are holding a fog/holy day/darkness in hand

Just run U/R and use Stifle. That's two card Time Walk.

Play Sundial Of The Infinite and end it before the beginning of the end step. That should stop you from losing.

I've won more games with this card than any other single card I can name. A little cheap to cast IMO, but just not quite broken.
