4 for a 3/3 flash creature is a decent trade. an added giant growth if you need it even better. 4/5

Play it at the end of your untap step before your upkeep, give himself the boost, swing for 6, can take someone by suprise

@Necrolysis: It will surprise him because it doesn't work. The effect lasts until end of turn, which is different from "at the beginning of your end step" which you seem to have it confused with.

This card is a bomb with Momentous Fall. Draw 3 extra cards and gain 3 extra life. Oh and you can sacrifice this guy for the cost of the fall. All at instant speed!

Since when does green get +4 card advantage (and +6 life) for 6 mana at instant speed? Seems more like a white-blue thing...but I guess green is part of that triad.

Combos extremely well with Garruk's Packleader, making you draw a card even if you evoke it!

I always liked creatures with Evoke costs. It makes them feel like spells given legs, which I'm pretty sure is the point of the theme. Excellent.

God the art direction from Lorwyn block was just fantastic.

I run 4 of him in my casual Simic Evolve deck. When it's time to block, you plan trades, then evoke (or maybe even hardcast if you need another blocker) this guy, give some weak one a boost, evolve a bunch of dudes, and laugh at your opponent.

Probably one the best limited cards of all time. So flexible and cheap for what it does.
