Needs to be a flying 10/10 with trample, infect, lifelink, double strike, death touch and shroud to justify that mana cost.

Enchantment removal that can block, increase your elf/creature count, and be tutored by Wirewood Herald? That's pretty cool. The mana flexibility is neat too.

Why is it rated so high? The cost requires tapping creature, so it can't be used in the same turn as it comes on the battlefield. It gives opponent an opportunity to remove the card.
