It's probably easier to splash red for seal of fire, unless artifact shenanigans are involved, in which case there are definately better cards to use than this.

Seal of Fire requires a mana commitment. This can just go in any deck. Don't forget that Aeolipile was good in its day too. Also, this is a colorless source of damage, so it kills Kor Firewalker and other pro red color hosers.

Creature removal? Direct damage? IN GREEN AND BLUE!? Sign me up. I want four. No, eight, no eighteen. Million.

While the cost is pretty awful, it can be used in green and blue, which gives it some purpose. I'd say it would be playable in limited. Overall, there are better options though.

At 2 damage, this is obviously the diluted version (in re flavor text)
3/5 for being solid in limited for all colors.

I wonder how much mana Moonglove Concentrate would cost?
The flavor text doesn't make much sense considering the amount of damage this does. If a drop will kill a giant, why will a whole bottle only do 2 damage?
