@LateralisOne: yeah, a little. This card's usefulness is seriously compromised by the lack of flash. But still, it's a decent card in a peasant faerie deck, working together with Spellstutter and being bounced with Faerie Impostor.

Give it pseudo-flash by flickering it. You can also get card-neutral re-use out of flicker effects.
Champion it with bounce spells (especially into the roil) for card neutral or card advantage instant speed discard.
