Rewards you for playing Rakdos colors, but doesn't require it. A decent body and fire-breathing for Black or Red mana completes the package. A little expensive mono-colored, but with the echo paid it seems worth it.

Needing the second color just to pay the echo sucks but it's still a hasty fire-breather regardless. Dual color fire breathing is nice to for all those two color decks.

It's an interesting piece of design, because I like cards that are playable in decks with one color but reveal their true power when both colors are played.
A 3/2 haste with hybrid firebreathing is above the curve for (especially for a common), so a echo cost is not too harsh a drawback, even though it works against itself (since you'd rather use that mana for his firebreathing).
Since he can hit your opponent like a blaze if they have no blockers, that's solid, even if you're only playing red. If you're using black, he can punch a second time, and there likely won't be any blockers (since red and black are pretty good at that.)

Depending on the colour of mana you're using, either firebreathing or halitosis.

Nothing new. Vaevictis Asmadi not only did multicolored firebreathing first, but also did it crazier.
