nice effect, good deterrent against attackers. Nobody wants to lose two of their creatures to your one. It does have the possibility to backfire though, as it is a required ability, and not a may. the toughness is low to enable him dying easily, and power is higher to trade well. I would like it to have an additional power though.

I remember when I first started playing, my friend had one or two of these. I hated them so much. It's such a strong card, at least by common standards.

I'd say it's an underrated card.Usually you'll kill two creatures with this, or they use a kill spell on it and you get to Shock their face. Maybe if it costed 2 and was a 1/1. Oh wait.....

I prefer Perilous Myr, but this is OK.
