Hurray! WIZARDCYCLING!

Card does its duty for me. I only use it for getting out Momir Vig, Simic Visionary and Magus of the Future in my green/blue deck.

Slivers? In Ravnica?!

Oh god what.

A four of in any wizard deck. At worst, it's a flash blocker. At best, it's whatever wizard you fancy :P

Wizardcycling. I love that word.

Also cheap response to all those annoying "target player sacrifices a creature" effects, like edicts.

My friend also plays WG sliver deck, I'm soo looking forward to surprise bounce his Might sliver in the middle of a fullscale attack >:)
(i'll probably die anyway, but it's still worth it...)

sliverbouncing ftw

Bizarre situational ability for the EtB effect, but Wizardcycling is very classy in a wizard deck.

so very strange...
But whether it's finding tutoring Teferi, bouncing those pesky slivers, or just being generally fast, the Æthermage has you covered.

Sliverbouncing? Talk about narrow.

Changeling bouncing too

Although mana intensive you could use Conspiracy (naming Wizards) to search your library for any creature card. Although at that point it'd be easier to use Diabolic Tutor. Still a fantastic card!

Not great, but....

Pump Chameleon Colossus
Bounce it!

So it's obviously random and situational, but it finds teferi and bob (don't get me wrong, there is no format where both this and bob will ever be played, but still) and can VERY situationally bounce some kind of sliver.

@ littlebeast this isn't ravnica, this is time spiral

@littlebeast This could be Mirrodin, which makes the card even weirder.

It is wonderful in morph decks. Wizardcycle it to get Ixidor, Reality Sculptor

I use it basically as an instant speed and uncounterable (by normal counterspells) tutor for wizards. Such as in EDH/Commander decks, in which my general is a wizard, so I can get him back if someone shuffles him into my library. Or if I need any other good wizard from the deck of course. And in the worst case it's still a chump blocker and can be equipped.#

I really like the Sliver bounce ability. Not because it's that good, but because it's basically a roundabout spoiler on the part of Wizards. The Slivers are coming, people. They're coming for you.

Rated 5 solely because of the Wizardcycling.

Sliverbouncing is odd and random, but it does probably mean the Slivers are coming back.

He helps me to search or save my Mirror Entity... I like it.

@ Littlebeast:

There are thankfully no slivers in Ravnica thanks to this little guy.

@ chinkeeyong:

If it were Mirrodin, why doesn't the depicted Vedalken have 4 arms?

This card fills me with hope that descendants of the Simic Guild in Ravnica will stumble upon the formula recreate the Slivers in the next Ravnica block.

Zur the Enchanter, copies 5 through 8. Also somewhat unfortunate in a Mistbind Clique lockdown deck.

I've used this card against a sliver deck. Flash in, block, trade off with one of the attackers. It worked pretty well, actually.

ohhh... Ravinican Vedalken with a sliver ability. Return to Rav is coming. Here is hoping my favourite tribe is gonna make yet another comeback. xD

Sliver-based ETB ability you say? Hey there, Imagecrafter, you don't really think the enemy will see this coming, do you?

This is secret tech in Mistform Ultimus EDH. Two mana to save your general from being killed, or 3 mana to tutor for your general if it gets tucked? Pretty good deal if you ask me.

4 words - Reaper King Changelings EDH.
It's a colorless tutor for about 1/3 of your deck or it bounces a dude out of harm's way to set off the Reaper's ability.

Slivers are back in M14. I'm hoping this lass will see a reprint with them SkaerKrow was only a printing off.

Used in a sliver deck it can save your slivers at instant speed; that's gotta be worth something.
