This card is really good! It's saved my butt quite a few times! For its price, you're essentially getting a creature which can kill 2/2's. What's not to like?

This card should NOT be a common for how good it is. 1W in commons usually just buys a vanilla 2/1.

Well, white and red get first strike cheap. So it makes sense that it's a rarity-downed Elvish Archers. It's fair at common. Besides, those precious uncommon slots need to be taken up by better things.

At uncommon, white has Knight of Meadowgrain, Sigiled Paladin and White Knight that cost two. Sure, they cost , but they're definitely better than this. Good common two-drop though.

That's quite nice for a common, considering that this card is largely a white version of Elvish Archers. Both of those card should have been printed as an uncommon, if you ask me.

Beats White/Silver Knight in my W/R aggro deck just because a lot of the time on turn 2 you have WR.
It is so completely, utterly, unquestioningly worse than White Knight (because even though White Knight is more color committing, it's easy enough to play in any deck that uses White, and is usually worth it.)
But it still deserves 3 stars. Knights just kind of kick ass.

If you have to qualify a point like mana cost, you're wrong. If you are running anything but mono-white, White Knight is not strictly superior because you are more likely to be mana-screwed and unable to play him.
