There are many cards that can stop a mill, including thran foundry, but this one is fairly decent. I personally have switched to using wheel of the sun and moon instead.

This might actually work fairly well against Innistrad's new graveyard feeding strategies.
Even if you are using it for anti-scour, this card doesn't DO anything... use the cheaper Elixir of Immortality, or any other spell, and you will accomplish more, by dealing damage or playing a creature.
