This is awesome. I want a pair for my artifact deck so I don't have to worry about something blocking my cranial plating equipped creature.

Let your opponent play one. Wait until it has two counters left. On your turn, use fury charm to take off the last counters. It comes into play, your creatures are unblockable, you throw everything you've got at them.

Sorry, I like finding ways to make cards work against their owners.

It's rather handy for its control, too.

So... what's the point of being able to hardcast it, then?

It can be hard to plan around an effect that takes 4 turns to go off, well unless the only plan involved is swing with everything and win.
