This whole set of "sacrifice. give *-/*- to target creature for a turn" creatures in this set are extremely inefficient. Why don't you just block an attacking creature? it'll give the same effect.

@Ferlord: because back in the day, you could block, then sac for extra damage. this card could take out a */2 on it's own. as it is today, it can take out a */1 flying/unblockable/shadow/anything with evasion and without shroud.
