I don't like this card (except its artwork). It adds up the activation costs of Clot Sliver and Crypt Sliver with the same result, which is lame. If you feel the urge to have a regeneration ability in a non-black sliver deck, go for it.

The common cycle of slivers in Planar Chaos (which includes Battering Sliver, Reflex Sliver, Spitting Sliver, Synchronous Sliver and this one) is a bit mediocre all in all. Synchronous Sliver may be an exception because he offers an ability not seen so far with vigilance but the real star at common rarity is the timeshifted version of Muscle Sliver: Sinew Sliver.

sedge sliver beats it hands down, one black mana for regen, and a buff up, it needs red and black though

Works fine when you have vigilance in your Slivers.

Crypt Sliver targets, meaning he won't work when if Crystalline Sliver is out (and trust me, you want that guy out.) Clot Sliver doesn't target or require tapping, meaning everyone can still attack or Tap as they please... but you need to leave mana open for him, which is mana that could be better spent on countermagic or other Slivers.

Poultice Sliver here? Well... he combines the drawbacks of both abilities. Laaame.

Better Slivers out there...
It sure is a pretty Sliver, though.
