Not bad. In the times before Lightning Bolt as the measuring sick for red burn, 2 mana for 2 damage was fine, and this can kill a nice chunk of blue creatures. Unfortunately, the block it was in left this card overshadowed. 2.5/5. Not great, but I might play this.

Very flavorable, does extra damage to blue creatures especially with that name.

overshadowed? That's funny,because this card just took me to 3-0 an urzas block draft. No, this card deals damage for a small amount of mana which makes it good. As for the lightning bolt thing, bolt went for like 10 years not being standard legal and thats what he's talking about
