Best anti enchantment deck card ever! No more worrying about shrouded enchantments and invincible players ^_____^

Bettered by new 2011 card Back to Nature.

Yeah, the new Back to Nature in M11 is strictly better in nearly every way. Same effect, 1 less cmc, and instant speed, meaning that Tranquility is basically obsolete.

That doesn't look too tranquil to me....where's the old art?

@Szyx

That's when you get an older version of Tranquility, throw down R&D's Secret Lair, and then say: "B*tch, please. You're discarding them...from play."

Nice art, nice name, too. But nowadays this has been rendered inefficient, as well as obsoleted.

I'd rather play calming verse + enchanted evening :)

oh and back to nature...

but still is playable, not targeting can be very strong

Back to nature isn't "strictly better". In a storm deck I cannot use burning wish to get back to nature where as I can get tranquility.

Mr. Nude Green Mussels, looks rather untranquil, the art direction in this core set gets 1/5 Stars.
the card itself gets 3/5 Stars

Back to nature!!

But both will end games verse enchantment decks all the same.

To all of you saying this card is strictly worse than Back to Nature and has been made obsolete, Burning Wish disagrees.
