Awesome. And it isn't mandatory, so you can just let the trash slivers rot and die in your graveyard. It lets you keep the buffs you need in the field for as long as necessary.

incredibly useful in a sliver deck, not only can they fly, but your opponent will think twice of only destroying one creature at a time.

It looks like a flying tumour.

Xonix: IT IS NOT A TUMOR! Sorry, I had to say it. Anyway, this guy is great for recovering from Wraths...just put Dormant Sliver on top, Gemhide right below that...you'll be up and running again in just a couple turns, no problem.
Does this include Pulmonic Sliver as well? It sounds as if any sliver "would" be put into the graveyard (before it actually leaves the battlefield), you can choose to put it on top of your library instead.

I never understood why this didn't get printed into the Slivers premier deck.

if pulmonic sliver and another sliver block two different creatures and they both die, do they both go on top of the lib.?

@Avienous: You get to put both on the top of your library, although it's a bit more complicated than that:
When Pulmonic leaves the battlefield, all slivers lose the abilities, which means that if multiple slivers die at the same time, if you then choose to put Pulmonic on top of your library first, all other slivers will go to the graveyard. As a result, if you want to keep all of your slivers, you'd have to put them on top of your library in any order, and then put Pulmonic Sliver on top of them as the last sliver (or have it go to the graveyard if you'd rather draw another sliver on your next turn instead).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is how it is: when Pulmonic Sliver leaves play first, all other slivers lose the ability and go to the graveyard without the ability triggering.

I can't really decide if I want to use this guy or Winged Sliver. Any suggestions? I figure it depends on what kind of defensive slivers I have too, and the mana curve

izzet_guild_mage you get a 10/5 for quoting an epic movie!
Also, I have the premium slivers deck and pretty much have my mouse pointer on the buy button for this card and several other friendly slivers :)

Yes, all sliver do this. I've had the Pulmonic killed and it goes right back onto the deck.

Each Time Spiral card was an homage to at least one previously printed card. Specifically, each Sliver in Time Spiral and Planar Chaos derive their ability and mana cost from a previously printed card. This Sliver, along with Plague Sliver and Sedge Sliver, reference creatures which cannot be reprinted due to the Reserved list.

This Sliver is referencing Avenging Angel.
