Gabriel Nassif surviving 5 copies of these.

Epic storm card, although assumes that your opponent has some card with at least converted mana cost 4 (assuming they're at 20 life), otherwise it doesn't work.

Not the best card in the whole world. But one of my favorite pieces of Magic art ever!

The artwork for this card is truly menacing, however it looks an AWFUL lot like Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal Black. Ironically enough the artist's name is Justin Sweet.

What's even more impressive that Nassif survived this is that he was at 9 life and had cards with CMC 1,2, and 5 in his hand.

Heh, I had one of my best wins ever with this card. My friend had me down to 1 life, and he had 15. I had played two other spells previously, but he had countered them both. So, as a last ditch effort, I pulled Ignite Memories. He had one card in his hand, and it just so happened that it was 5 CMC. That, combined with Storm and the two other spells I had played, destroyed him in one fell swoop. He was furious and I literally danced around like a moron xD

@Dobruk

Actually, Storm counts his counterspells as well, so there were practically 5 Ignite Memories on the stack, not 3.

I'm glad my friend keeps Gleemax in his fun deck.

normally storm card effects are supposed to be basically crap, except that crap x1000000 storm copies is actually pure gold. this card however, is solid WITHOUT storm, thanks to the Eldrazi filling up every Timmy's boxes and binders and decks.

I wonder which feels worse- being hit with this on Emrakul, or Gleemax? tell you what Timmy, I'll let you play with Type 4 rules if you let me play as many of this card as I want. let's see what happens. :)

when this copies, does it only copy the damage or also the revealing a card? i.e.- can you make your opponent One With Nothing on top of taking damage to the face?

At first looks terrible, but proved to be one of storms secondary wins back in the time-spiral days.

Potentially a dud, potentially...not. Even remotely a dud.

This card ignites memories of Shivan Emissary.

Reminds me of Sweet Tooth from the Twisted Metal series for Playstation.

My first deck was a Time Spiral block suspend/storm deck. It won a lot of games, including games I had no business winning. Pulling a victory out of the arse the turn before my own death was worth this card slot every single time. Like other cards with an uncontrolled, random element, this could peter out horribly or otherwise deliver spectacular results.
