The flavor text is really silly, and the card itself isn't fantastic...but then again, the whole idea of the Hellbent mechanic is kinda lousy, I think (even if it flavorfully fits very well with Rakdos.)

Hellbent in limited seems pretty good. Playing all of your stuff is never hard unless you get mana screwed. Nice commons to pick like this and Delirium skeins.

To me hellbent is not that good ability... Having no cards in hand is a really bad situation in competitive play, and IMHO it doe not justify a boost to you creatures. This one in particular is certainly not worth its casting cost.

Needs to be built around, a cc Wind Drake just does not cut it. But a 4/3 flyer for 4 can be a threat. Maybe just a limited card.
