well, for a green mas damage, its ok. I had one of these in my treefolk deck, proved quite usefull.

the really fun thing to do is use this in a multilayer game and use it when your not the one being targeted.

It's a green pyroclasm, that deals less damage to your creatures in exchange for not hitting utility creatures.

It's a green INSTANT pyroclasm that hoses RDW. Not bad.

Attack and have a Vigor. Bam! 3 +1/+1 counters and the cost of 1 life.

Against token decks, where you get lots of little ones with a toughness of 1 or 2 being cranked out, this is actually pretty damn good. You take 1 damage. Each of them take 2, and at instant speed too. Your creatures, if you have any, would die if they have a toughness of 1, but I'd either have creatures with a toughness of 2 or more, be able to pump my creatures to have a toughness of 2 or more, no creatures out when I play this, or whatnot.

Attack with everything! Cast this! ??? Win!

Green used to be the color of bad weather. For example: Hurricane and Sandstorm.
