I suppose someone has to write some long, serious comment. Not me, mind you. Still, it's one more than a wall of air, switch a point of toughness into power, and give it regenerate, all while getting rid of defender. Not the best creature, but a blue regenerating creature with flying is certainly valuable, since you don't have to worry about removal spells when running a blue deck. Not worth it in anything other than a mono-blue deck, and even then it depends. Still, regenerate in a blue deck is certainly a curve-ball move, and what's more blue than keeping your foes off balance?

Planar Chaos was such a cool set.

Poor Drowned now that the ship flies they can never re-board.

Pillarfield Ox / Great Hart for blue, make it slightly more color intensive in exchange for flying and regen? Sounds like a deal to me.
