this card could be quite usefull but as for OD97's comment goes you can only switch life with your team mates or force your opponent to switch life with their team mate

In a 2v2, you can focus one opponent down with double LD decks, keep him locked. Then get him down to low life, pop this and kill the dominate teammate out of nowhere.
