It never says the card has to stay balanced, you just have to balance it initially. Carefully pick it up again and set it on the table. You balanced it on your head when it came into play, and it never FELL off of your head, it was simply picked up and moved, avoiding the sacrifice trigger! Ha!

It's pretty obvious that the balancing is supposed to be sustained. If you got a call from the cops saying "close the door, there is a roving gang of murdering bandits," would you close your door, promptly open it, and giggle to yourself that you beat the system? If you pull that crap in actual games I pity anyone who plays against you. Finding loopholes in cards is just annoying.

As for the card, it's interesting. I'm not sure how easily I could balance a card on my head, but immunity is pretty nice.

This sucks when you're in the blistering heat and need a fan.

A card with a lot of openings, You can just balance it to your head and then take it off your head. It did fell from your head that way, so the sacrifice will never trigger...

I think wearing a hat over the card is cheating, too.

"You can just balance it to your head and then take it off your head."

Honestly... I really don't think you can. Putting the card on your head is mandated within the rules of the game, so I'd say you can't take it off unless a game effect tells you to.

That's like saying "Narcolepsy is useless, because after it taps my creature I'll just untap it again". You can't just choose to take gamestate-relevant actions unless a card or rule tells you to.

My two cents.

Why isn't this rated higher? It's not exactly hard to keep a card balanced on your head. Look, I'm doing it right now!

Though some cards are highly likely to get you punched in the face, others guaruntee it by rewarding your opponent for doing so.

The card would have to say that you may choose to take it off your head, otherwise it stays on there and removing it is the same as having it fall.

Btw, it's very easy to keep a card on your head. I just read all the comments and typed this one with one on my head!

A funnier Story Circle, pretty much.
