This seems more like an Un Card than a real one. Useful in draft play, or constructed for the lulls, and nowhere else.

Very rich in flavor, the Azorius are my second favorite guild in Ravnica. Something about the corruption of Church and State controlling Ravnica is just so mystical.

So was this card originally desinged for Dissension, but it turned out their wasnt space?

I mean if any card was to have the azorius signet it should be this one.
